A Mother's Tears

So this was a piece done as a gift for Thank you so much for your patience! <3 <3 <3 <3

A looooooooong while ago, I posted a journal that droned on and on, and as a thanks for listening, I offered gift art for those that commented. She requested Alucard.

I wanted to do this one with acrylics; however, when I worked on it, the piece got distorted from the canvas paper. All was not lost, becuase I learned something from it.... I hate canvas paper, and will never use it again.

Then... I tried to do the same picture with photoshop... I lost inspiration for that particular sketch though, and I got tired of seeing it to the point, I scrapped it, and I tried again with copics.

In any case, that's part of the reason why it took so long. Also, I did not anticipate being as busy as I have been. O_O I

Overall, I'm not thrilled with this piece, but I do like it. I like the added effects. It's drawn with pen, copics, and colored pencil, with a digital effect/texture over it. I like the result of the texture.
